Rob

Director, Above the Rim

Rob has been the Director of Above the Rim since July of 2015. His family, Danielle, Mia, Evelyn and black lab, Chase, have been members of Westerville Christian Church since 2009. Rob played basketball in high school and enjoyed a brief stint in college before coaching at the travel, AAU, and high school levels.

Rob has worked in the tech industry for more than 15 years, currently working for DocuSign.

Matt

Director of Refereeing

Matt has been with Above the Rim for 7 years, running our referee program as well as managing our staff. Matt has extensive experience in athletic operations, with experience as an athletic director as well as a baseball coach.

Matt has attended Westerville Christian Church his entire life. He is married to Adrienne and has two daughters, Emma and Paige. Matt currently works for Nationwide.

Samantha

Samantha

Director of Operations

Samantha has been attending Westerville Christian Church for the last 10 years. Most Sundays she is serving in the nursery at 10am. She has been involved with Above the Rim since 2016. Samantha and her husband, Scott, have 3 children. Aiden (14) and Caroline (12) have both participated in ATR and Georgia (5) is anxiously awaiting her turn. You may see her oldest keeping score or helping out this season.  Full time, she runs a home daycare and after hours runs taxi getting her kids to and from practice and sport

Gina

Director of Cheer.

Gina has been involved with Above the Rim for 6 years running the cheer program. Our program brought her and her daughter to Westerville Christian Church where they are now members.

Her love of cheer started when she began cheering in high school. Her daughter participated in this program through 6th grade and you may catch her helping this season as needed

Casey

Director of Staffing

Casey is in his first year with Above the Rim and runs our staffing and student program. Casey has extensive experience in youth athletics volunteering in basketball and baseball programs.

Casey attends Westerville Christian Church with his wife Miranda and his children Grady and Remington. He serves as a teacher assistant with Big Walnut Local Schools.
